Macphie has two technologically advanced manufacturing facilites - Glenbervie in the north-east of Scotland and Tannochside in central Scotland. Ongoing investment in operational excellence is key to our continued success. Two new Tetra Pak A3/Flex filling machines, bulk silos, an advanced dust management system, a waste-water plant, sachet, pot filling and forming equipment are some of the recent investments enabling Macphie to deliver world-class performance to its customers. Tetra Pak® provides a cost-effective solution for a variety of liquids, including sauces, cream alternatives, desserts, fruit coulis and nutraceuticals

When it comes to product samples, flexibility and a rapid turnaround is essential. Macphie has full pilot plant capabilities that match our UHT, Powder, Paste, Frozen and Chilled plants. This allows us to produce small batch trials of your product, which will replicate full-scale production.
